Life on a Ribbon Farm

Monday, July 16: Picnic Foods and Lawn Games

Make checkerboard sandwiches and butterfly cookies,

then enjoy an outdoor picnic, bug catching and the

old-fashioned lawn games and crafts.

Tuesday, July 17: Habitant Fun and Games

Explore Grosse Pointe’s early French roots and make

delicious French crepes and apple cider. Have a scavenger

hunt and learn about the French Provencal family.

Wednesday, July 18: Early American Theatrics

Explore the lives of early American boys and girls

through theatrical escapades! Plenty of opportunities to

hone your acting skills, learn about props, and stage

directions. Bring a shoebox to make your own set.

Thursday, July 19: Good Ol’ Summertime Picnic

Make your own chicken, a salad, potatoes and cakes.

While supper is in the oven we will pot our own herbs to

take home and start your own garden.

The fee is $120.00 per child for the four-day program.
