16 Lake Shore. Grosse Pointe Memorial Church. In 1894, the "Little Ivy Covered Church" (pictured above) was built here on land given by Joseph H. Berry. By 1927, a new sanctuary and bell tower in stone with stained glass windows erected in English Gothic style. Additions and renovations in 1962 and 1997.
